I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but it was difficult to move around with an extra bed. On the bright side, they greeted us with cookies in the room. However, having two beds made it a bit cramped. The service was great, though they were putting in a lot of effort. On the downside, some services like car hire or the shuttle came at an extra cost. The location was decent, located in a quiet street near a metro stop. It wasn't right in the city center but was convenient enough. Dining was a pleasant experience with good coffee served in a nice conservatory. The homemade biscuits were a nice touch. The facilities were satisfactory, but nothing exceptional stood out.
